Our programs and offices play an important role in the recruitment, retention and success of students and employees. This occurs through coordinated efforts within the division, as well as strategic partnerships across campus and with external communities.
Many staff members actively participate on committees, contributing different perspectives and ideas. Some offer one-on-one and small group support to students, fostering their academic success. Others provide training, consultation, and investigative services to academic and administrative departments, addressing a wide array of campus culture issues.
